Guarantee and Policies


J and J Treasures stands behind every product it sells.

Pricing: Our prices are fit to your budget and design.  Our pricing that we have listed is a "base" price.  Which means if you want less on your invitations or more, then the pricing can vary.  Visit us at our shows and if you book your order there we do offer a discount.

Graphic Design: We don't charge for this, this is included in your invitation package.  Jeanne loves to create and design and the more she does it, the more she adds to her portfolio, so in reality, you are contributing to that.

Payments: We accept checks, visa, mastercard, discovery card and american express and of course our favorite..."cash".  We however will not start your order until funds have been cleared by the bank.  We do require a 50% retainer fee and the balance to be paid in full at the time of delivery.

Quantities: You ordered only 100 invitations but later you wanted extra.  No worries, let us know and we can get more out to you.  No need to order in quanties of 10, 25, 50's.  If you just want 3, we can make 3 for you.

Returns/Cancellations: Unfortunately since our products, invitations, annoucements are unique and custom made to your vision, once production has begun it will be considered "non refundable".
